Hi Everyone,
We are in the homestretch now for our fundraising campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. For those of you who don't know, Ellie has been asked to be the SJ Honorary Hero for the LLS, and will be giving a speech in front of a few thousand people at the Riversharks Stadium on October 20 at the Light the Night Event! We are very excited and of course very proud of our girl!
In our last attempts to raise money for our team, I am asking a favor of you....can you please post this link on your pages asking friends to donate even just $5?

We are also welcoming anyone who wants to walk on our team in support of Ellie! The LLS website seems a little misleading...you DO NOT have to register with a $100 donation. It costs nothing to register, but they set your goal at $100. You are not held to that amount, we are so appreciative of any donations at all. Lastly, if you are planning on walking, PLEASE REGISTER ASAP!!! We have heard from so many of you who are planning on coming but still haven't registered. The LLS only gives us a big tent once we have 50 people on our team and we aren't there yet! PLEASE REGISTER!! I believe the cutoff to getting the tent for our ONE TUFF GIRL team is this Thursday! You can register and donate through the link listed above....
Please feel free to contact me with questions. If you aren't sure if you can walk, you can definitely just show up last minute and we will be thrilled to have you on our team. But, please do try to register within the next dayor so, this way we can secure our tent at the stadium!!
