🔨 Folks, we could use a little help from our community! ❤️
The High Desert Humane Society is looking for local handymen and skilled tradespeople who would be willing to donate their time and services from time to time to help us with projects around our facilities.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we work hard to make every dollar go toward caring for the animals, and our budget is often very tight. Having a few reliable people we can call on when repairs or small projects come up would mean so much to us.
If you’re a handyman or skilled in repairs, maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or other areas and would be willing to lend a hand when you can, we would love to hear from you! We would also greatly appreciate hearing from local businesses or individuals who may be able to offer a special discount on their services to the High Desert Humane Society.
We would be happy to add those willing to help to our handyman call list, so we can reach out when a need arises.
Even an occasional helping hand— or a special discount— can make a tremendous difference to the animals in our care. 🐾❤️
