Our partners include: the Copper Cities Community Players, the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts, the Globe Downtown Association, the Historic Globe Main Street Program & the 1910 Territorial Sheriff's Office & Jail Museum. Our tours feather in period costuming, local history, lore, first-hand tales and documented research by professionals to present a wonderful quality experience.

Welcome to Globe, Arizona!

Located at 3,500 feet above sea level, Globe is located in the heart of Arizona's magnificent Tonto National Forest and is surrounded by some of the most spectacular mountain vistas in the Southwest. It has a colorful history, punctuated by mining discoveries and is supposedly named for a globe-shaped piece of pure silver found nearby. The mining and ranching economic base is still a major factor in the city's economy.

Globe is situated near the mid-point of the legendary Old West Highway that stretches from Apache Junction, Arizona east to Lordsburg, New Mexico. Known for its rich western historical past, Globe has been home to gunfighters, outlaws, Apaches, ranchers and miners. Today if offers travelers access to the Pinal Mountains with great recreational opportunities, a burgeoning art scene and access to some of the best Mexican food in the Southwest. Truly authentic, it is "Arizona To The Core"
