Don't miss the next Improv show Saturday night, January 17 at Cobre Valley Center for the Arts. The show is at 7pm and will only set you back a mere $10.

There will be Globe-Miami's own local improve troupe (The First Five), along with Mesa, Arizona's finest improvisationalists. Tickets are available at the door or scan the QR code to buy advanced tickets online.

The Christmas Mixer is Thursday, December 18 from 6 - 8pm and open to everyone. You're invited!

The Annual Christmas Mixer at Cobre Valley Center for the Arts is an annual event with music, libations-of-the-season, and the perfect chance to socialize with business owners, friends, and neighbors.

Co-hosted with the Globe-Miami Chamber of Commerce, this holiday event will feature entertainment by members of the Globe Centennial Jazz Band and brass quintet.

There will also be a raffle and silent auction help support flood relief from our recent floods. Bid on a donated work of art or buy raffle tickets for gift baskets donated by the Center for the Arts.

This is also your chance to see and vote for your favorite tree in the Festival of Trees display inside the gallery.

A good thing to keep in mind is "Submitting your news" and "Posting your event" via our website. Just wrapped up a productive meeting with someone who brought to my attention something with ramifications for local residents. We will be looking into it. We would like to hear from you.

then the parade begins about 6:00 pm.
Pro Tip -- arrive early to get a parking spot!

By early evening, find your favorite spot to watch the parade - warm, snuggly clothes are suggested, as this event happens

Tonight is opening night for "The Christmas Elf" - How Chuckles Saved Christmas and the cast is ready to deliver an amazing show.

Enjoy First Friday downtown, grab a bite to eat, and head over to the Old Courthouse Theater at Cobre Valley Center for the Arts for showtime at 7pm.

Advance tickets are available at the Center's front desk or get them at the door on Friday night. Tickets are $25.

If you can't make it Friday, you still have 4 more chances to catch this original Christmas play performed by the Copper Cities Community Players.
