What a great day at Ohwahnasee Distric Day Camp at Swan Lake today! Our scouts enjoyed fishing, archery, BB guns, learning how to filet a fish and worked on a service project of clearing brush around the lake.

Today, our scouts had the honor of helping out at the Memorial Day Service at Merle Hay Cemetery in Glidden. Our scouts greeted guests and carried chairs for attendees. It a wonderful way for them to learn the history of our town and honor those who have served while serving others at the same time!

Glidden-Ralston Pack 114 hosted its Blue & Gold Ceremony Thursday night, celebrating our Scouts’ achievements throughout the year, the awards they earned, and their advancement to the next rank for the coming year.

Of course, we wrapped up the evening with a potluck — because our Scouts always eat good! And a song, because after all that celebrating, we definitely had the “Cub Scout Spirit” all over us! 💙💛

Congratulations to all of our Scouts!

And to our Glidden-Ralston community — thank you for supporting Pack 114 throughout the year. Whether you attended events, donated, volunteered, encouraged our Scouts, or simply cheered them on, your support helps make these experiences possible and means so much to our Pack families.

Thank you Glidden!!!! With your help, our scouts were able to collect 600 pounds of food on Saturday for our annual Scouting 4 Food drive! We stocked the shelves and the little pantry by Glidden Grocery. The rest of the food was given to the City of Glidden to be used to restock the shelves as needed. We couldn't have done it without you!

We will be collecting food donations tomorrow, Saturday, April 18 for our Scouting for Food drive!

Please have all non-perishable food items in a grocery sack or box on your front porch by 8am. Our scouts will be by to pick them up shortly after.
