Hello All. It's been awhile since any posts promoting Youthire. We are still up and running and would like to reintroduce our service. If you have any kids aged 16-26 looking to make some money this fall the website currently has a recurring leaf raking job that takes place in Sea Cliff, starts this Saturday, October 12 and runs until November 30.. The job takes place every Saturday for the next 8 weeks, 2 hours each job at $15.00 per hour. There is also a job that seeks someone familiar with FaceBook Ads. The job provider needs an individual to help set up a FaceBook advertising campaign. It should take an hour and pays $30. If your child is interested in either of these jobs - and not registered with the website - they can register, and apply for either job at www.Youthire.org. If you have any questions I can be reached at [email protected]. Cheers! Tom Cerna, Founder

I'm happy to relay this message received from a local resident who used the Youthire service this summer. Tom Cerna, Founder - Youthire

"We're posting this message to tell you about our experience with Youthire. Our backyard had a lot of work - clearing brush, trimming trees and cleaning up the area around our pond. We decided to post our job to the Youthire website and it turned out to be a great decision. Christian answered our job post which we set up as a recurring job. Over the course of almost three months Christian performed 25 separate jobs for us - and did an amazing job! We highly recommend looking into and trying Youthire. We were able to find a local young adult who was reliable, responsible and hard working. Youthire is a great resource for odd-jobs around the house and to connect with kids in our area. Thanks Youthire! PS. Good luck Christian with your senior year at Penn State University!" Stephen and Liz Koraleski

Do you have a son or daughter that is good with FaceBook Ads? A new opportunity on the Youthire website is seeking someone to conduct a training session in the Sea Cliff community to create a FaceBook Ad campaign. This project will take about one hour and pays $30 - but might also lead to other projects. Interested individuals can apply on the Youthire website at www.youthire.org. Note: Interested individuals must be registered with the website in order to apply for listed opportunities. Any questions you can reach me at [email protected]. Thank you. A job was recently posted on the Youthire website that involves keeping company with a Senior citizen in Glen Head for five consecutive days at three hours per day, paying $160 and beginning Monday, September 30. The job provider would prefer a young woman for this temporary assignment and could be a good way to gain some experience for the individual interested in future employment assisting Seniors. If your daughter might be interested - or you might know someone interested in this job - you can apply at www.youthire.org. If you have any questions you can reach me at [email protected]. Thanks! A Glenwood Landing resident describes how easy it was to post a job on Youthire's website. He needed two local kids to clean up his yard when selling his house. PS. He sold his house! You can post a job at www.youthire.org
