BYB - Be Your Best BYB is a local non-profit started by Katie Tingle and Julie Kras.

Connecting individuals with intellectual disabilities to meaningful job opportunities, while also providing personalized coaching and skills training to ensure their long-term success in the workplace. We are supporting young adults with intellectual disabilities in developing independence and purpose through connections to meaningful employment. With individualized coaching and structured workpla

ce preparation, we ensure long-term success for both employees and partnering businesses. We encourage local businesses to embrace inclusive hiring to strengthen their teams and enrich the entire community.
