Packer, a young lady that was murdered in 2016. This foundation was created to help children in the foster care system as well as victims of domestic violence with a safe transition to a better life. We have partnered with local churches, businesses, foster care agencies, schools and foundations to help make this a reality. In addition to these services, we are also offering three scholarships to benefit students with special needs as well as those that have been in the foster care system.
