Assisting owners and Management Agents in fulfilling their responsibilities to residents of Affordable Housing. Providing a vehicle for meaningful dialogue with HUD, PHFA, and other regulatory agencies. Providing timely information on issues facing the Affordable Housing industry. Providing an exchange of information leading to enhanced professionalism through communication and education. Providing educational opportunities for Management Agents and on-site personnel. PAHMA recognizes that effective communications are necessary between HUD, PHFA and Affordable Housing management agents. One of the main objectives of PAHMA is to pursue an on-going dialogue with HUD, PHFA and other regulatory officials. PAHMA is designed to be an educational extension of your business and is commited to achieving and maintaining a standard of excellence for those engaged in the management of Affordable Housing.
