It’s time to get ready for another exciting season of Glens Falls PAL Football & Cheer!

We offer opportunities for boys and girls in Grades 1-6 to learn, compete, build friendships, and develop confidence both on and off the field.

Programs Available:

🏈 Grades 1-4 Flag Football
🏈 Grades 5-6 Tackle Football
🏈 Grades 5-6 Girls Flag Football
📣 Grades 1-6 Cheerleading

📍 Open to students residing in the City of Glens Falls
