Glens Falls Symphony Children's Chorus

Glens Falls Symphony Children's Chorus Performances include annual concerts with the Glens Falls Symphony, a full spring concert, and a growing number of appearances in the community.

The goal of the GFSCC is to provide an opportunity for children to explore the range of their musical potential while they prepare,experience and perform great choral repertoire. No child is turned away due to economic circumstances.

Monday is THE GREAT BINDER ORGANIZING. This joyous occasion happens at the beginning of every session now. Music is put into binders...all in the same order....each piece with a color coded tab.....and it is glorious.

Bring a friend to our first rehearsal!

Not only do the singers in the Glens Falls Symphony Children's Chorus learn and perform a wide range of interesting choral works, they also have a lot of fun! Friendships are formed and beautiful music is made.

The Children's Chorus, directed by Meredith Reed, will begin taking new members for the 2019 Spring semester, when regular rehearsals resume on Monday, January 28, 4pm at First Presbyterian Church of Glens Falls, 400 Glen St., Glens Falls, NY.

The Children’s Chorus is currently on a hiatus for the 2019-2020 season. For many years, the Glens Falls Symphony Children’s Chorus has been a beloved and rewarding program that opened the world of choral singing to so many local youngsters.
