Journey into 3 weeks of curiosity and discovery. Weaving together various practices to awaken the latent power within. This series is for people wanting to explore yoga beyond postures. Taught by Ruth Middleton, with over 600 hours of teaching experience and over 300 hours of continuing education with Kaya Mindlin of Swami Dayananda lineage. Each session will include: pranayama (breathwork) and mantra recitation supportive of the goal of the practice. Asana (postures) and mudra (hand gestures), concluding with Yoga Nidra (guided awareness). June 17, 24 & July 1 at 6pm - 7:30. Limited to 12, cost is $75. Sign up at the front desk.
