A union sheet metal worker doesn’t just punch a clock. We get up early, put in the work, get our hands dirty, and build the places where people live, work, learn, and make memories.

The new Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling facility in Rancho Cucamonga is more than just a building—it’s a huge investment in San Bernardino County that means thousands of skilled tradespeople will put in countless hours of hard work. This project is not a PLA but an all-union build that’s expected to cost a whopping 650 million dollars. The 620,000 square foot facility is expected to be completed in 2027.

Business Agent Laisene Malauulu had the pleasure of visiting the facility and taking some amazing pictures showcasing the incredible work they’ve been doing. It’s truly impressive!

The team that’s been working on this project includes Art Salazar (Jman), Ernie Ramirez (Jman), Jeremy Escareno (App), Justin Hannon (GF), Shaun Ulrich (Jman), Joseph Fregoso (Jman), and Antonio Torres (App).

Being a union sheet metal worker isn’t just a job. It’s early mornings, busted knuckles, long days, and knowing at the end of it all you built something that’ll be here long after you’re gone. We don’t mind getting dirty because that’s what it takes to get the job done.

BA Jordan Chechitelli of West LA stopped by the New Hampshire affordable housing job to catch up with Gerson, Carlos Ruiz, John STROPLE, & Yan Gomez from Circulating Air. These guys are putting in the work building homes that’ll make a real difference for families that need them. The goal of affordable housing is to give more people the chance to live in a safe home while still being able to take care of their families and everyday needs and Local 105 is proud to help make this possible.

There’s something special about knowing the work you do today will make a difference for kids tomorrow.

Donny Sappington stopped by Carver Elementary in the South Bay to catch up with a crew at ACH Mechanical that’s bringing great attitudes, quality craftsmanship, and plenty of pride to the job every single day.

One of the biggest benefits of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) and Community Workforce Agreements (CWAs) is giving our members the opportunity to work closer to home. Less time on the road means more time with family, friends, and the people who matter most.

That’s exactly what this crew from Allison Mechanical is doing at Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa. They’re building quality projects in their own community while still making it home for dinner. That’s a win for everyone.

You don’t see this every day! When working out in the field it is rare that the HVAC and Architectural contractors get together, but at the Echelon Project in the City of Hollywood. Meadows Mechanical and Weiss Sheet Metal came together to get a picture with Jordan Chechitelli and these amazing views.
