🌳💕 Tuesday Fun at Nurturing Tree! 💕

There was no shortage of fun at Nurturing Tree this week! Our little ones were busy exploring, playing, making music, and making new friends! 🎶🏀🚗

From the ball pit to musical instruments and everything in between, there were lots of smiles, giggles, and opportunities to learn through play. We love watching friendships grow and seeing our kiddos discover new things!

A BIG thank you to Shelly and Jeanna for stepping in and keeping the fun going while we were away! ❤️ I appreciate you both!

🌳 A little Nurturing Tree catch-up! 🌳

We’ve been so busy having fun that we forgot to share what we’ve been up to! ❤️ Here’s a peek at the last couple of weeks at Nurturing Tree.

Our kiddos have been creating, pretending, exploring, climbing, racing, crawling, building and learning through play. We’ve had everything from crafts and caring for babies and stuffed animals to obstacle courses, tunnels, cars, dramatic play and lots of opportunities to use those big imaginations!

One of our favorite things about Nurturing Tree is watching the kids explore at their own pace while parents and caregivers visit, connect and enjoy time together. There’s a lot of learning happening in all that play—even when the kids just think they’re having fun. 😊

We love seeing familiar faces each week AND welcoming new families. If you haven’t joined us before, come check us out!

🍎 We’ve been busy at The Nurturing Tree! 🌳💕

We may have been a little quiet on Facebook the past couple of weeks, but Tuesday mornings have definitely NOT been quiet! 😊

Our families have been busy fishing, exploring sensory bins, creating apple trees, bobbing and scooping for apples, making snacks, playing, learning, and spending time together. And sometimes all that fun means you just need a little nap! 🥰

We love watching parents and caregivers get right down on the floor and experience these activities alongside their kiddos. These simple moments of playing, talking, exploring and laughing together are what The Nurturing Tree is all about. ❤️

💜 PARENTS OF GIRLS IN GRADES 3–8 — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 💜
We have some exciting things happening for girls in our community!
The Bridge the Gap Mental Health Coalition Youth Services Subcommittee is working toward creating a Girls Club for girls in grades 3–8 — a place where girls can have FUN, make connections, build confidence, learn how to navigate friendships and big emotions, develop leadership and life skills, and have positive adults cheering them on along the way. 💕
We have also recently been selected to apply for a Montana Healthcare Grant, which could help us turn this idea into reality!
But before we build the program, we want to hear from YOU!
What do girls in our community need? What would make them excited to participate? What days and times actually work for families? What challenges are our girls facing?
Our survey is anonymous, takes less than 3 minutes, and your feedback will help us create a program specifically around the needs of girls and families in our community.

🦊 We’re back at the library! 🧡

We had such a fun morning at Nurturing Tree today! After a busy summer in the parks, it was great to be back inside and see everyone again.

The kids got to dig, scoop, pour and play in our sensory bins — and then we got crafty making these adorable little foxes! 🦊 There was plenty of glue, cotton balls, tissue paper, and creativity😊

One of our favorite things about Nurturing Tree is watching the kids play together while parents and caregivers have a chance to visit and connect, too. ❤️

🎨 That’s a wrap on our Summer Park Series! ☀️🌳

We ended the summer with tie-dye, and I have to say… it went MUCH smoother than expected! 😂 Lots of colorful creations, happy kiddos, and—somehow—not a huge mess! I’m calling that a win! 🙌

It was such a beautiful morning to spend outside playing, creating, and enjoying time with friends. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to all of the families who joined us throughout the summer. We have loved seeing familiar faces each week and meeting so many new ones along the way. You are what makes our Nurturing Tree days so much fun!

🏡 Next Tuesday, we’re heading back indoors!
Nurturing Tree will be back at our regular home in the library basement at 10:00 AM.

Summer may be winding down, but the fun isn’t! We hope to see you next week! 💕

🌸 Wildflowers & one more Park Day! 🌸

Last Tuesday, our Nurturing Tree kiddos got their hands in the dirt and planted wildflowers! 🌱🌼 We can’t wait to see what grows!

A huge THANK YOU to our coworkers Jeana and Shelly for stepping in and covering for us! ❤️ And an extra-special thank you to Renee & Jeana, who have helped cover for me throughout the entire summer. I appreciate you more than you know💕

And just like that… tomorrow is our LAST Park Day of the summer! 😭☀️
