Our services are designed to provide a safe space for all, but especially vulnerable populations that traditionally experience barriers to accessing healthcare. This includes - but is certainly not limited to - youth, seniors, LGBTQ, uninsured and under-insured. Every donation helps create a healthier community - one special life at a time.

Featuring Health Connections, Inc (HCI) and MKE Black Grassroots Network for Health Equity (MBGNHE), this film tells a story of community-centered care, trusted partnerships, and the power of people coming together to create lasting change.
