British Airways , your seating policy is atrocious.
You want to charge premium economy passengers extra to choose their seats early, or wait for the cattle call of 24 hr prior to takeoff to pick a seat. Maybe I can sit with my wife, but who the heck knows.
I have never experinced this with any other airline except the cheapo regionals
