Last Wednesday night, 10 builders became something else: founders.
This was our first cohort, not a pilot run in front of friendly faces.
The room held VCs, enterprise buyers, and hiring leads, people who could actually act on what they saw. Not applause. Decisions.
4 weeks earlier, most of these were ideas someone wasn’t fully sure they could pull off.
By Wednesday, BizzE, Tokenomics, Handshake to Signal, and 7 others were live products, and their founders had to defend them out loud, in real time, to people who invest and hire for a living.
That pressure is the whole design of AI Builder Sprint: put real stakes in front of builders early, so they learn to defend a product, not just finish one.
Hemant Madaan (HM) keynote, “From Founders to Operator: Leading Beyond the MVP,” landed exactly where it needed to. He named the gap every one of these 10 teams was about to hit: shipping something is not the same as running it. He gave them language for the fight ahead before they’d even walked into it.
2 teams walked away with Most Investable and Most Market-Ready. Who they are? wait for our next post.
This was the founding cohort. Not the only one.
Next cohort details coming soon. If you build and motivated to take it further in the game, there’s a seat waiting for you.
