I know that I have been MIA because of my own health issues, but please keep them in your prayers.

I’ve been MIA working on my own health crisis, but I will be back stronger. Thank you all.

I’m simply heartbroken. Kira was defying the odds and doing it her way. Their are no words. I will never understand this and this is where I question my faith.

Please hold Kira in your prayers.

All the losses are inconceivable but this one here, seem especially cruel. Please hold the family in your prayers and say an extra one for little Aries.

WE MUST DO BETTER!!!!

This morning shortly before 4am, Dana left us to be with the lord.

We may never have the right things to say to truly honor the amazing, smart, loving, caring, passionate, incredibly beautiful and free spirited mother, daughter, niece, sister, cousin, friend and independent woman Dana was every day.

She inspired us all to be better than who we are and to keep God in our focus at every moment. She faced the greatest fear of all, death, and smiled back with a grin only God can instill. She fought harder than the toughest warriors known to man and did it with grace and valor.

We don’t know how to process all of this but we want to thank everyone for all their prayers for Dana and our family. If you have memories of Dana, we’d like you to share them to her page. Dana loved living in the moment and making memories with friends and family and we know she would love to see all the amazing times she’s had with peoples over the years. You can message the page or send to her mother, Lenore Scatton.

Dana started this chapter of her life with a quote and we find it fitting to leave today’s post with it:

“So do not fear, for I am your God;
Do not be dismayed, for I am with you,
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Isiah 41:10

Please keep Dana and family in your prayers, especially little Aries. We need a cure and we need one now.

Please keep the family in your prayers. Another child taken by this monster.

Please keep the family in your prayers. Another child taken by this monster.

Our sweet girl took her last breath last night at 9:54pm. She was at home surrounded by the love of her family. She went peacefully after her big brother climbed into her bed and told her that his favorite thing to do with her is to snuggle. It was beautiful and tragic all at once.

We love you Julia! You have no idea the amount of happiness that you brought into our lives. We will hold you in our hearts always. "Love you forever." Love, Mommy, Daddy, Colin and Nappa
