Honored to be part of the 8th Annual Armenian Genocide: Transgenerational Effects & Healing event hosted by Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.

Our President, Fred Sarkisyan, presented on VOA’s PTSD Project and our partnership with Our PTSD program has delivered over 1,000 therapy sessions across Armenia and Artsakh, supporting Veterans, families, and those displaced by war and the Artsakh exodus.

Proud to be part of advancing culturally grounded healing and long-term resilience in our communities.

Our 6th Annual Veterans of Armenia Poker Night is happening Thursday, April 9 at The Vault in Glendale and you’re invited.

There will be cash prizes and one-of-a-kind raffle items throughout the evening.

Proceeds from the night will go toward supporting ongoing Veterans of Armenia projects, helping expand programs and initiatives that serve Veterans and strengthen our community.

$300 buy-in for players, with re-buys available.

Dinner and drinks at 6:00 PM.
Tournament starts at 7:00 PM.

This video shows the transformation of the Vanadzor Veterans Recreation Center from its original deteriorated condition, through demolition and reconstruction, to the finished facility.

A renewed space now stands ready to support veterans of the 1990s war and the 2020 war, offering areas for recreation, seminars, and community activities. The facility also features a unique mural painted by local artists as a tribute to our service members who defend our borders.

A new chapter begins in Vanadzor.

Veterans of the 1990s war, veterans of the 2020 war, the city mayor, and the local community all came together to celebrate the opening of the newly rebuilt Vanadzor Veterans Recreation Center in Railwaymen’s City Park.

What was once a deteriorating building has been transformed into a vibrant, welcoming space for Armenia’s veterans and the entire Vanadzor community. The new center now stands as a place for recreation, wellness, and connection. A place where veterans can gather, share experiences, and take part in educational and community programs.

This project represents more than construction. It is a testament to unity, service, and resilience. Veterans of Armenia, together with our partners and supporters, have turned a long-forgotten structure into a symbol of hope and respect for those who served.
