The Tennis on the Run Academy would like to invite you, your family, and friends to attend the Spring Aces Scholastic Team Awards Ceremony. This event continues a long-standing tradition started by tennis legend and humanitarian Arthur Ashe, serving as an incentive for our young tennis players to achieve excellent grades. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 14th from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Glendale Elementary School Gymnasium. Parking is available in the gym parking lot and in front of the school. We hope you will be able to join us for this special occasion.
Program Highlights
The event will begin with a brief history presented by Program Director and Tennis Professional Tony Brock. Our featured speaker is Thane Maynard, long-time Director of the Cincinnati Zoo, who recently stepped down after 19 years, becoming a recognizable figure for his work with the zoo and media appearances. Light snacks and drinks will be provided, and the ceremony will conclude with the awards presentation of goody bags for the Aces Scholastic Team Members.
