We are seeking experienced Case Managers to join our growing team. Under the general direction of the attorney, the Case Manager will be responsible for managing a heavy caseload. The daily responsibilities consist of but are not limited to handling all aspects of the case from medical work up and preparing the case for demands. Constant communication with clients, insurance companies, and third-party adjusters is a must. The Case Manager will work simultaneously to help the legal department build a strong case.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish
- 2+ years' experience handling PI cases
- Multitasking and detail oriented
- Manage a large volume of cases and client calls
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work as a team and individually
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Motivated attitude
- Knowledge of medical terms and insurance terms is a plus

Salary: $20-$40/ hour - Based on experience
