We are grateful that Ptr. Randy Hill, Children’s and Young Adults Ministries Director for the Pacific Union Conference, was able to join us for a few hours, as he also needed to attend another event in Arizona.

Yesterday we had a wonderful Training: Children´s Trauma Awareness: A Path for Healing and Hope. Learning how to minister to children. Jesus lovingly cared for the wounded and the lost, we are also called to minister to children who are hurting. Today, many children face deep challenges—harshness, shame, broken homes, bullying, financial struggles, migratory instability, abuse, sickness, and even loss. This training helped us to better understand their needs and respond with compassion, wisdom, and Christ-centered care.
