Join other 911 professionals on Sunday, October 18, from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for our pre-conference course:

"Lessons Learned from an Active Shooter," presented by Matt Grogan.

Drawing from firsthand experience during the Route 91 Harvest Festival mass shooting response in Las Vegas, Matt will share critical lessons in crisis management, high-volume call handling, responder coordination, and mental health resilience. This interactive course is designed for emergency communications professionals, law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel looking to strengthen their preparedness for large-scale critical incidents.

The National Guard has their annual Prairie Voice Exercise on July 31st and Aug 1st and TERT is participating virtually & in-person.

We are looking for:
- Trained TERT Team Leaders
- Trained Team Members
- PSAPs

We know there will be MSUs/UCPs in Will County, Springfield, and Tazewell County but working to confirm where else.

Please reach out to your Region Director and let them know if you or your PSAP have anyone interested for virtual or in-person!
