🐾 Yesterday, 2B CONTINUED Founder and Executive Director Tammy Diehn had the opportunity to present to the team at Glencoe Veterinary Clinic about the work 2B CONTINUED is doing to promote mental health awareness, su***de prevention, education, and community outreach throughout our region.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our mission and discuss the importance of creating supportive communities where people feel connected, valued, and empowered to seek help when they need it.

This group is for adults who have experienced a loss to su***de. It’s a space to connect, listen, and be around others who understand.

A wonderful evening at Oak Leaf Park in Glencoe! 💜🩵

2B CONTINUED was grateful to be part of the Public Safety Open House on May 27, alongside so many incredible local agencies and organizations dedicated to keeping our communities safe.

Families had the chance to connect with first responders, explore emergency vehicles and equipment, watch demonstrations, enjoy a free meal, and learn more about safety resources available right here in our area. From the Glencoe Police Department drone demonstration to fire trucks, ATVs, safety talks, the Minnesota State Patrol K-9 and vintage squad, and the Life Link III landing, there was so much for kids and adults to see and experience.

We were honored to have conversations at our 2B CONTINUED table and share mental health and su***de prevention resources with community members throughout the evening.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, and to the families who came out to learn, connect, and support public safety in our community!

Congratulations to the newest Youth Mental Health First Aiders at Mayer Lutheran High School! 💜🩵

On May 27, 26 staff members completed the National Council for Mental Wellbeing Youth Mental Health First Aid training course with 2B CONTINUED instructors Jim Strehlke and Anna Claire Panning.

We’re grateful for schools like Mayer Lutheran that are taking intentional steps to better identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in youth. These skills matter — and they help create safer, more supportive spaces for students.

Way to go, Mayer Lutheran staff! 👏

Congratulations to Maple Lake High School! 💜🩵

On May 26, 20 students completed National Council for Mental Wellbeing's teen Mental Health First Aid training in 10th Grade Health at Maple Lake High School.

A big thank you to 2B CONTINUED Instructor Emily Schwarzkopf for leading this important training and helping students build skills to support their friends and peers through mental health challenges.

Way to go, Maple Lake students! Your willingness to learn, listen, and be there for one another matters.
