Our next meeting is scheduled for February 3. That conflicts with Westminster. How does everyone feel about moving it one week to Tuesday February 10?

We would like to thank Expo at Glen Rose, City of Glen Rose and the Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Bureau for all they did to make our show and exhibitors feel welcome. That’s Texas hospitality at its finest.

We had a small electrical shortage in the main arena area under the bleachers. There is a considerable amount of smoke but it is improving. There are a few dogs in that area. The fire department has determined the issue and ruled it safe. If you feel your dogs need to be removed from the building, please do so. Kennel Club members and expo employees are checking everything and a police officer will be in the building overnight.

Congratulations to Junior handlers today. Reserve Best Junior was Ava Nalls who won a $200 Rachel Hunt Memorial Scholarship. Best Junior was Brinley Akins who won a $300 Rachel Hunt Memorial scholarship. Their judge today was Janet Bodin. Congratulations ladies.
