CCCNJ Mid Autumn Festival Celebration was a blast!! What a wonderful way to start the new school year! Not only is Mid Autumn Festival the 2nd biggest Chinese holiday, it’s also Chinese Thanksgiving, so to be able to celebrate together is absolutely fantastic. Everyone brought in delicious dishes! The lantern riddles is always a hit! And of course, the lantern making was so much fun & cute! Reading with Ms Paula to learn more about the history of Mid Autumn Festival & how to celebrate. Thank you Cynthia for organizing this event, Stacey & Stephanie for organizing the food & make sure everyone was fed, to all of our TA’s & parents who helped decorate, set up & clean up. 🥮🏮🎑
