The inaugural Healing Meals 5K was a HUGE success 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️

50 amazing runners showed up, showed heart, and helped us raise over $2,000 to continue gifting nutritious meals to families who need it most. We are so grateful.

Thank you to our inspiring youth leaders—Jacob Lin, Michael Lindenberg (Helena, Michael’s twin was on hand in his absence) and John Hoffman—for your vision, drive, and heart (and to your incredible parents for supporting every step!).

Shoutout to our winners and to our sponsor Fleet Feet for the generous gift certificates, and deep thanks to Bergen County for your support in making this day possible at the Ridgewood Duck Pond!

In honor of National Nutrition Month, our founder Stacey is hosting a special pro-bono lunch workshop tomorrow at Ridgewood’s Community Center for 65 seniors in our community.

We’re so grateful for our amazing volunteer team, who came together in the No Fuss Lunch kitchen to prep, cook, and share their time and talents to make this event possible.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the teamwork and love going into every dish.

Thank you from the Healing Meals crew for your generous support on ! Bergen County Commissioner Tracy Silna Zur joined the team to roll the very popular Cheesy Lasagna Rolls at the No Fuss Lunch kitchen, Haledon. Tracy is a major force for resident food security in Bergen County (including Ridgewood Feed the Frontlines outreach). We are truly grateful for her friendship and support!
