Hello Glen Rockers, My friends and I are a part of Glen Rock Hungry 2 Help, a local charity organization run by a group of high school students who work to find ways to give back to the communities around us. We have decided to create a wristband to sell throughout Bergen County to raise money for health care workers fighting the COVID-19 virus on the front lines. For every donation of $10, one can receive a “Bergen, We Are One” custom wristband to show support for our health care workers. We will be receiving donations through Venmo and our GoFundMe page, which are both linked below. As a comment, please include your name and the address we should ship the bracelet to, along with how many bracelets you would like to receive if you have chosen to make a large donation. 100% of the profits we receive will be donated to local hospitals in Bergen County to help them win the fight against the virus. We are a group of local high school students. We have done some local charity events in the community. As the coronavirus is becoming a bigger issue we are looking to help. We want to help the elderly who are forced to stay home due to their risk of exposure. If you need assistance going to the food store or know anyone who does we will shop for you and deliver to your house. The only cost would be to cover the groceries.
