The Kiwanis Club of Glen Ridge once again awarded $4,000 in scholarships to three Glen Ridge High School seniors who exemplify the meaning of "volunteerism in their communities." Congratulations go out to the awardees:

Winner of the Kiwanis Club of Glen Ridge Scholarship: Jason Parseghian

The Kiwanis Club of Glen Ridge invites you to celebrate Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, 2026!

Join us for our annual Parade, Service of Remembrance, and Town Picnic as we honor our nation's Semi quincentennial and remember our collective history.

🇺🇸 Event Schedule:
10:30 AM | Parade Assembly
Where: Corner of Baldwin Street and Sherman Avenue.
Who: All non-political and non-commercial volunteer organizations and clubs are invited to march! We hope to have more groups participate than ever before.

11:00 AM | Parade & Service of Remembrance
The parade proceeds south on Ridgewood Avenue to the Memorial in front of the Ridgewood Avenue School.
Our Service of Remembrance will take place immediately after at the memorial (in the event of rain, this will be held in the school auditorium).

Following the Service | Town Picnic
Where: Glen Ridge Train Station.
Come enjoy food, fun, and community spirit!

Not marching? All local residents and families are warmly welcomed to line the streets as spectators and enjoy the day.

Thanks Borough of Glen Ridge, New Jersey for another successful Joseph T. Connolly Clothing and Household Goods Collection. These and other Glen Ridge Kiwanis brushed off the inclement weather and loaded a half truck load of your clothing and household goods to support the United War Veterans Council.
