Our mission is simple yet profound: to create opportunities where they’ve too often been out of reach, empowering individuals of all abilities to grow, connect, and thrive.

Our entire Ryan's Rise Up Cafe | Inclusive Employment family just wanted to say THANK YOU for the incredible outpouring of support since our last post.

This incident reminded us just how special this community is. Yesterday, we did just what we love most: opening our doors, serving coffee, and welcoming our neighbors with joy, gratitude, and acceptance.

To everyone who has messaged, commented, or reached out, please forgive us if we haven’t been able to respond to everyone. Your kindness has meant more than you know.

We hope to see you all in the cafe soon, where you can **come for the coffee, and leave inspired**.💛💙

This is a post we never thought we’d have to make. Our Ryan’s Rise Up family was incredibly disappointed to discover that someone came to the café overnight and stole our flowerpots.

As a new business and nonprofit, every dollar we generate goes right back into our mission of creating meaningful training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Our resources are limited, and every bit matters. More than the pots themselves, it is so disappointing to see something meant to bring joy to our community taken from it.

If you recognize the person in the video or have any information, please DM us or stop by the café and ask for Jim or Johanna.

And also know that we won’t let this dampen our spirits. We’ll keep choosing kindness, community, and joy, because we know we are all stronger together.

We always say we have the best team in the world and now a few college campuses get to find out just how amazing! Four of our team members are heading off to college this fall, and we could not be prouder to send them off on their next adventure!

One of our favorite recent visitors was 12-year-old Bradley, who came all the way from Virginia to visit Ryan's Rise Up Cafe | Inclusive Employment with his Aunt Christine and cousin!

Bradley told us that visiting the cafe was one of his goals for the Pennsylvania leg of his summer vacation, and he even said he might want to come work here himself in a few years!

We’ll be looking forward to that day, Bradley! Thank you for being such a ray of sunshine and we’re so glad you enjoyed your visit! 💙💛

Ryan's Rise Up Cafe | Inclusive Employment was named Most Anticipated Opening in Main Line Today’s Best of the Main Line awards, and our team got to celebrate it together last week.

This award means so much to us. Before we ever unlocked our doors, this community was rooting for us, and we are so grateful we got to say thank you in person. Every person who helped us get here, from the kitchen to the counter, is the reason this cafe exists.
When we open doors, we rise together. And we are just getting started.
