For the past 5 days arrow men of section E11 have been working the 2026 national jamboree as part of the Operation Arrow staff! They have been doing a variety of things such as tree clean up, obstacle course set up, and yesterday brothers had the opportunity to give bus tours to the units as they arrived to the 2026 national jamboree.

This past weekend Octoraro lodge 22 had their June service weekend. They inducted 31 new ordeal members, 11 new Brotherhood members, and 9 new Vigil honor members. The weekend was spent getting ready for a great summer at Camp Horseshoe.
Our Chief Donovan was able to come down and speak to the new candidates, and our very own section secretary and training committee had kept their vigil Saturday night congratulations to them!

This past weekend Octoraro lodge 22 had their June service weekend. They inducted 31 new ordeal members, 11 new Brotherhood members, and 9 new Vigil honor members. The weekend was spent getting ready for a great summer at Camp Horseshoe. Donovan is a Life Scout from Troop 420 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He is a Brotherhood member of Wunita Gokhos Lodge 39 of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council. Within his lodge, he has served as Second Vice Chief for the past two years. This summer, Donovan will return to Camp Bashore for his fourth year on staff and third year as Camp Chief. Later in the summer, he will serve on the Order of the Arrow National Jamboree Staff through Operation Arrow. Outside of the Order, Donovan enjoys collecting vintage vinyl records, especially albums by The Beatles, Billy Joel, The Beach Boys, and other classic rock.

Bryce is an Eagle Scout with Troop 77 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is a Vigil Honor member of Sasquesahanough Lodge 11 of the New Birth of Freedom Council. Bryce has received the Founder’s Award and serves as a staff member at Camp Tuckahoe. He also served as the Conclave Chair for Conclave 2026, The United Lodges of E11. Outside of the Order, Bryce is a varsity swimmer for his high school.

Will is a Life Scout with Troop 73 in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. He is also a Vigil Honor candidate with Octoraro Lodge 22 of the Chester County Council. Will is currently serving his second term as a lodge officer, holding the position of Vice Chief of Program. Over the past several months, he has also served as the Section Training Committee Chair. This past Spring, Will completed his second year on NYLT staff and will return to Camp Horseshoe this summer for his third year on camp staff. Later in the summer, he will join Donovan in serving on the Order of the Arrow National Jamboree Staff through Operation Arrow. Outside of the Order, Will enjoys spending time with friends, graphic design, and 3D printing.
