The Fuel Garden has grown over 400 lbs of produce for the 2019 growing season! This produce has gone to the Fuel Pantry, produce sales, and has been utilized by COD's Culinary Department to make shelf stable food items like soup and marinara sauce!

We are the Food Security Initiative at COD! We're a group of students, staff, and faculty that aim to educate, serve, and help build food security in the COD community.

Our Fuel Pantry is located on campus (by the bookstore) for students, staff, and faculty to use weekly to get food, hygiene, and other supplies.

Our Fuel Garden is located between the Health Science Center (HSC) and the Prairie. We grow organic produce for the Fuel Pantry and COD community.

We're so excited to share more with you about the projects we're starting and planning! Thank you for supporting us!
