Our final Sunset Spirit Sound Bath of the season is coming up! 🌇

Spend an evening with Glen Ellen practitioners Amelia Belle and Bob Rudorf at Sonoma Botanical Garden for a restorative outdoor sound bath on Saturday, August 22.

For more than a decade, Amelia and Bob have used crystal singing bowls and guided meditation to create immersive sound experiences rooted in connection, reflection, and the natural world.

Held in the Garden’s outdoor amphitheater as day turns to evening, this open-air experience blends resonant instruments with the sounds of nature, inviting deep rest, balance, and presence under the open sky. 🌾
