Team Ezra. Let's go. 🕺 💫

AFH Athlete Leadership Council member Ezra Frech is joining Dancing With the Stars — and we couldn't be more proud.

Two-time Paralympic gold medalist. T63 high jump world record holder. And now — one of the most visible advocates for disability inclusion on prime time television.

Ezra has always understood that every platform is an opportunity to change the way the world sees disability. The DWTS ballroom is just his latest stage. And the AFH family will be watching every step.

150 Jaguars. 500 meals. One community. 🥪 🧡

Yesterday, Athletes for Hope teamed up with Southern University for our of Service event — and the Jags showed OUT.

Together we packed 500 meal packages for families facing food insecurity in Baton Rouge. Those meals were distributed today at the North Baton Rouge Community Center — going directly to the people who need them most.

This is what America's Day of Doing Good looks like. This is what service looks like. And this is exactly why we play for good. 🧡

Thank you to our incredible grant partners and — and to for making this possible.

Southern University — we are so proud to have served alongside you.

Ezra Frech on Dancing With the Stars? ✨🕺🏽

We’re not surprised because that’s exactly what AFH Athlete Leadership Council members do — they use every platform sport gives them to create change far beyond the field of play.

The track. The high jump pit. And now the ballroom.

Ezra Frech is showing the world what’s possible — and we couldn’t be more proud to have him on the ALC. 🧡

Workday Charity Classic with Stephen Curry? Immediately yes. ⛳

AFH CEO Jason Belinkie joined AFH Athlete Leadership Council member Steph Curry (Wardell Curry) at the Workday Charity Classic, an annual golf tournament to benefit Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation.

35 million meals. 1 million books. Schools and playgrounds transformed across Oakland. That’s what happens when an athlete invests in their community with the same intensity they bring to the game.

This is exactly why the AFH Athlete Leadership Council exists, to stand alongside athletes like Stephen who don’t just talk about giving back, they turn their platform into purpose.

We couldn’t be more proud to call have Steph on team AFH.

Thank you to Workday and Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation for an incredible day.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. 🧡

In sport, we celebrate the athletes who push through. Who fight through pain. Who never quit. But sometimes — the bravest thing an athlete can do has nothing to do with the game.

It's asking for help.

The pressure athletes face doesn't disappear when the season ends. The weight of performance, identity, transition, and the culture of toughness that tells you to handle it alone — that weight is real. And it costs lives.

At Athletes for Hope, our Center for Wellbeing exists so no athlete ever has to carry that weight alone. Because one conversation can change everything.

To every athlete carrying something heavy right now — your story isn't over. 🧡

Swipe through. Share this with someone who needs it.

Washington D.C. is honoring its own — and two of them are part of the AFH family. 🧡🏀🏅

Today at Nationals Park, AFH Athlete Leadership Council member and AFH athlete were inducted into the Washington D.C. Sports Hall of Fame — and we couldn't be more proud.

Elena Delle Donne built a legacy in this city that goes far beyond the court. Two WNBA MVPs. A championship. A Basketball Hall of Famer who used every platform sport gave her to advocate for Lyme Disease awareness and disability inclusion with the same fierceness she brought to every game.

Elana Meyers Taylor arrived in D.C. as a college softball star at George Washington University — and left as one of the greatest Winter Olympians in American history. Five Olympics. Six medals. Gold in Milan. And a commitment to using sport to open doors for others that has never wavered.

Two Hall of Fame careers. One city that shaped them both. 🧡

Congratulations, Elena and Elana.
