All residents are invited to a meet and greet with our new property management company, MGRE, tomorrow night in the community room. Steve Greenbaum, the Director of Asset Management, and Pat Ford, our new Property Manager will be attending. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to seeing you there!

We are very pleased to have achieved our goal of making this a safer place for our residents, their children and their guests!

Members from the Board of Directors for Trousdell Village, along with a lieutenant from GCPD, met to discuss options regarding the safety of our residents while leaving Glen Keith Rd., as well as the children that have their school bus stop on this corner. Through the discussions, it was decided that this option was the safest for all involved. This was voted on last night, by Glen Cove City Council, and passed!
