Our very own Lucas just graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with his Associate's degree in Business Administration & Management. We are SO proud of him! We got together as a team to celebrate because this moment deserved it.

Lucas is a talented, dedicated, and genuinely good human who we are thankful to have on our team. As a manager and mentor, he pours into our students every single day. And now he's got a degree to match the greatness he already brings. 🎓

These 3rd-5th graders built career projects rooted in TCP's character values and then stood up and presented them.

What a night🦀

On Saturday, thanks to the incredible generosity of the Annapolis Blues, our TCP team and kids got to attend their home opener doubleheader, and it was an absolute blast. Free tickets, crab hats, towels, and the kind of energy that reminds you why community matters.

For a lot of our kids, this was a brand-new experience. A new environment, new people to meet, and a new experience being right behind the bench. And they rose to every bit of it. Composed, joyful, and fully present. Our mentors had just as much fun, honestly.

We are so grateful to the Annapolis Blues for opening their doors to us and giving our kids a night to remember. This is what partnerships rooted in community look like ⚽️

We are still reliving the amazing energy from our 5th Annual Spring Gala: A Night of Stars, and honestly, our hearts are so full. 🧡

Hearing our Youth of the Year honorees speak about their journeys, our mentors sharing the love they pour in every single day, inducting our first-ever TCP Hall of Fame, and celebrating the community members who make this work possible. It reminded us exactly why we do this work.
