🦋 IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN… ROOM PARENT SIGN-UPS! 🦋

Want to get more involved in your Monarch’s grade this year? Our 2026–2027 Room Parent Interest Form is officially open! 💙🧡

This year, we’re introducing a new grade-level structure designed to make communication easier and create more consistency across classrooms.

Each grade will have:
-A Grade Lead to serve as the primary liaison
-A Co-Lead/Backup to help coordinate and provide support
-A team of parent volunteers who can jump in throughout the year

Our goal is to make Room Parents a true grade-level TEAM effort so we can better support our teachers, students, and one another throughout the school year. 🌱

🌱✨ THE BLOOM CART HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED! ✨🌱

And judging by the smiles… we think our teachers loved it! 💙🧡

This week, the PTA rolled out our very first Bloom Cart! It’s a new way for us to show our staff a little extra love throughout the school year. For our first visit, we stocked it with classroom essentials, fun supplies, little treats and plenty of goodies for our teachers to choose from. ✏️🖍️📚

Then we loaded it up, added some Monarch flair, and took it door to door so our teachers could shop right from their classrooms! 🛒🦋

The Bloom Cart is just getting started! Throughout the year, we’ll be bringing it back with different themes, treats and surprises as another way to remind our amazing staff how much they are appreciated.

Programs like this are made possible by the incredible support of our PTA members, families and school community. Every membership, fundraiser and purchase helps us continue finding fun ways to pour that support right back into our school. 💙

🦋 Remaining Spirit Wear Inventory is LIVE! 🧡💙

We’ve loaded our remaining spirit wear inventory online and it’s ready to shop!

📦 Already placed an order? Any outstanding orders will be available for pickup at Middle School Back-to-School Night or will be sent home with students. Please note, we will reach out directly if there are any issues and appreciate your patience while we work to distribute orders.

👕 Unfortunately we are just about sold out of all youth size options. But don’t worry, we will be getting more items soon! We’ll announce when the new inventory is added to the site, along with expected arrival/delivery dates.

We are so appreciative of all the support for our spirit wear this year! 🧡💙 We can’t wait to see our Monarchs rocking their gear around school! 🦋

💙🧡 MONARCH SPIRIT WEAR IS HERE! 🦋

Our first Spirit Wear collection is officially available, and we are so excited to see our Monarch families showing their school pride & placing their orders! 🙌

A few things to know:
• Spirit Wear is uniform-approved for any school day!
• Our online store will close tomorrow morning as we prepare for Back to School Night.
• All remaining stock will be available for purchase at BTS Night — first come, first served! Venmo and Cash will be accepted only.
• The online store will reopen Friday, August 21 with any remaining inventory available to order.
• Quantities and sizes are limited to what we currently have in stock — but more Spirit Wear is coming soon! 👀

📚✨ Teacher Assignments Are LIVE! ✨📚

Teacher assignments are now available in the new MyPowerHub! Families should have received an email with information on how to access the new site using their PowerSchool login.

Once logged in, you should be able to see your student’s classes and teacher assignment(s). 🍎✏️

If you’re unable to see your student’s information, please reach out directly to the school for assistance.

We are SO excited to see everyone at Back-to-School Night! 💙🧡 Be sure to stop by and say hi to the PTA while you’re there!

And don’t forget to join the PTA! Membership is a great way to stay connected, keep up with what’s happening throughout the school year, and help us continue to grow our Monarch community. 🦋🌼

♻️ PRE-LOVED UNIFORM DONATIONS NEEDED! 💙🧡

As we get ready for the new school year, Monarch Academy is looking for a few gently used uniform items to help make sure our Monarch students have what they need! 🦋

We are currently in need of:
-Size 4/5 pants or shorts
-Size 7/8 pants or shorts
-Size 10/12 pants or shorts — especially boys’ styles
-Middle School-sized hoodies & zip-up hoodies

At this time, we do NOT need:
Shirts — we are fully stocked!
Skirts or Dresses

Where to donate:
Drop donations off at the school front desk during normal school hours, or to make it easy, bring them with you to Back-to-School Night and give them to any PTA member or Ms. Val.

Please make sure all donated items are clean and in good, wearable condition.

We are SO excited to introduce a brand-new way to send a little extra love to your Monarch during the school day! 💙🧡

Monarch Mail is a special surprise purchased by a parent, family member or loved one and delivered directly to your student at school! Each edition includes a few fun surprises based on the theme.

Think of it as a little care package made especially for your Monarch student 💌

To kick off this fun new Monarch tradition, we’re starting with Back-to-School and Birthday Monarch Mail — with lots more special editions and surprises to come throughout the school year! 👀💙🧡

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Choose your Monarch Mail edition.
2. Enter your student’s name and class.
3. Tell us who the Monarch Mail is from
4. PTA takes care of the rest and delivers their surprise at school! 🦋

Breakfast was BLOOMING this morning! 🦋🌸

Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming our amazing Monarch staff back for the 2026–2027 school year with a special Welcome Back Breakfast hosted by the PTA! 💙🧡

From bagels, muffins, pastries and fresh fruit to staff favorites and a full coffee bar (because we know what teachers really need on that first day back ☕😉), we wanted every detail to say one thing:

We’re so happy you’re back, and we appreciate you! 🫶

Our staff spends the entire year helping our Monarch students learn, grow and bloom, so it only felt right to start their year by showing them a little extra love. 🌱🌼

And this is only the beginning! We have so many fun ways planned to celebrate and support our teachers, staff, students and families throughout the year.
