Our membership drive grand prize winners celebrated with Kona Ice earlier this week and these smiles say it all! Congratulations to Ms. Regan Haislip’s and Mr. Charles Alexander’s crews! 🎉

Monarch families, join us Friday, October 30, from 5–6:30 PM for treats, fall games, local vendors, photo ops, and plenty of Monarch fun! 🧡💙

🏆 Cast your votes for Best Trunk and Best Pumpkin, in partnership with the school’s Once Upon a Pumpkin contest! We can’t wait to see who takes first place!

🚗 Only FIVE trunk spaces remain! If you’ve been thinking about decorating a trunk, now’s your chance before the remaining spots fill up!

🙌 We still need volunteers! Shorter shifts are available so you can help and enjoy the celebration with your family. We’ll provide clear assignments and instructions before event day.

👾 Our monsters are hungry! Starting next week, our Monster Boxes will be out and about, making it easy to donate candy, small toys, and favors to help keep our trunks stocked. Let’s feed those monsters!

You may remember this event as Breakfast & Books! This year, we’re adding a math element alongside reading and giving it a new name: Sunrise & Scholars! 📖🔢

It’s a chance to spend quality time with your scholar, enjoy learning together, and connect with our school community before the school day begins. 🦋💙

Pumpkin Patch Grams are here! Surprise your student, send a little kindness to a friend or treat an entire crew

$1: Pencil with Halloween eraser or Kindness bracelet
$5: Spooky pen bundle or pumpkin squishy bundle
$10: Pumpkin Patch Pal with a mini bear, bubbles, and pumpkin sticker activity
$20: A pencil or bracelet for every student in a crew!

Delivered at school Friday, October 30, just in time for Trunk or Treat that evening!

👻 Help Us Feed the Monster Boxes! 🍬

We’re collecting donations to help keep every trunk stocked during Monarch Academy’s Trunk or Treat! Although participating trunk volunteers are asked to bring treats, these donations will allow us to replenish their supplies throughout the event so every child can enjoy the fun.

We’re collecting:

🍬 Individually wrapped candy
🧸 Small toys
🎃 Halloween favors
✨ Other kid-friendly giveaway items

There are two easy ways to help:

🏫 Send donated items to school with your child, drop them off at the front desk, or place them inside one of our Monster Boxes at school!

Every donation (big or small) will help us supply our trunks and create a fun Trunk or Treat experience for 300 Monarch students.

🎃 Help make Monarch’s Trunk or Treat a treat! 🦋

We’re looking for volunteers for Friday, October 30, from 5–6:30 PM—and there are plenty of ways to lend a hand!

🚗 Guide arriving trunks and help with parking
🎟️ Welcome families and hand out tickets
👀 Monitor the event perimeter
🗳️ Help at the PTA table with Best Trunk voting
🙌 Provide relief support at event stations
🧹 Help with setup or cleanup

You don’t have to volunteer for the whole evening! Choose a shorter event shift and enjoy the rest of the celebration with your family. If you are worried you can’t commit to the full time, just send us a message and we will find the best use of your availability!

Every volunteer will have a clear role. We’ll send your assignment and arrival instructions before the event, and a team lead will help you get started when you check in.
