Home of the Glen Allen Gliders swim team, the Glen Allen Community Center Pool is an 8 lane, 25 yard competition pool. As for the pool, we have a snack bar, baby pool in it's own separate area, poolside basketball net, diving well with diving board and a 2 tube water slide. We also have a 1/2 basketball court, pickleball court, and beach volleyball court. There are plenty of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and covered areas as well as a section cooled down by overhead misters. There are gas grills available for cooking, and you can reserve one of the covered areas to hold your next social event! The pool is a short walk from Crump Park, The Henrico County tennis courts and baseball fields. Speaking of social events, the Community & Engagement committee has many events planned for the whole family. From the events for the end of school to the adult pool parties, these events are all first class. See our events calendar on Facebook to see what's going on! The Community Center itself has a kitchen, sound system and can accommodate 350 guests for any event you would like to have. It is available for rent during the off season.
