Awesome event for brothers, sisters, and patriots to unite and honor heroes. There is food, beverage, music, and a positive experience for all.

UNITING VETERANS TO BUILD AWARENESS, BUILD COMRADERY AND PREVENT SU***DE
On September 21st 2024, we will unite with 300+ veterans in Glastonbury, Connecticut to hike a 22k.

Why 22 kilometers? In the hearts and minds of these military veterans, it is simply a reminder that they lose 22 veteran and/or active duty brothers and sisters from su***de every day.

MCL Det. 40’s mission is to unite veterans and service members from all branches and walks of life to enjoy the camaraderie they had shared while serving. Together, they integrate their passion with purpose to combat su***de in the veteran community. Each year’s hike is designed to join these forces to support the fight to end veteran su***de and to support veterans and their families as they transition back to civilian life.

We hope you’ll give it a share to help spread awareness about this important cause. God bless America!

As a military leader in the Connecticut National Guard, I'm immensely proud of teaching an exceptional Continuous Improvement class recently. These dedicated professionals, part of our highly experienced force, excel in their military and civilian capacities. They are now equipped to transform our world. They excel at assessing situations, identifying challenges, implementing effective solutions, and mentoring their peers daily.

In just four months, we've trained over 150 Army, Air Force, and civilian professionals. It's gratifying to be part of an organization that embraces development, continuous improvement, and innovation wholeheartedly.

Looking forward to seeing more professionals advance their skills and contribute to our collective success in 2024. Here's to an awesome year ahead, inspiring collaboration, innovation, and replication across the government!
