This afternoon at 5:30 there is a special called Strategic Planning Committee meeting at City Hall. (Surely they will move it to the council chambers, since the conference room will hold only 3 or 4 people.) I will be there and hopefully you will too. We have talked and talked long enough, it is time the city actually takes some action!

Like I've been saying, the CARES Act money CAN be used to help local businesses. It absolutely can. Why is Bowling Green growing? I'd say that a lot of it has to do with their support of their current businesses and their willingness to step up and do what they can to help. Come on Glasgow, we should have already done this.

Glasgow, this is who we are. Stop scrolling and start strolling! (I promise, you will instantly start to feel better.) You would be amazed at how many cool things you will see and how many great people you will meet. Go by and get a pumpkin, or two...or ten! Buy local! Prices are $1.50-$2.50.
