We're spending the last few days of September highlighting Attractions, Events, Shop Stops, and Food during Big Kansas Road Trip Pop-Up in Concordia on Saturday, October 3rd. Our first Spotlight today is an Explorer Extra...City of Glasco Kansas.

Glasco has many things to make a day trip fun. Their downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The The Hodge Podge is your stop for a classic Soda Fountain in Cloud County. They also have ice cream and a large selection of gift shop treasures. They are your go-to place to find out everything happening in Glasco.

Glasco Oven And Tavern and The GOAT Shack are great options for food with a fun atmosphere.

During BKRT, Glasco will be hosting their annual Glasco Fun Day celebration. Activities include a parade, car show, vendors, live music, kids activities, and of course food!

310 feet long, Pott's Ford Bridge is located on local road 8522 approximately 0.8 miles south and 1.0 mile west of Glasco, is an iron truss bridge on the National Register of Historic Places. Restoration has been an ongoing project for this bridge erected in 1884.
