Christmas Kindness

Christmas Kindness Christmas Kindness is a community organization to help families in Gladwin County during the holidays Welcome to the Gladwin County Christmas Kindness Project!

Christmas will soon be here and it is time to start thinking about what we can do as a community to assist families around us who are experiencing financial challenges this holiday season. With your help, we will spread love to hundreds of families this year. The Christmas Kindness Project has existed in Gladwin County for many years, run predominantly by DHS. It has now grown into a larger, commu

nity run project. In previous years, donations and efforts by the project have reached out to over 900 children from 408 families. Christmas Kindness focuses primarily on children aged 16 and under from selected families in Gladwin County (for more on the family selection process and on adopting a child, see ‘How You Can Help’). We will be collecting the following for distribution to children:

· New Toys

· Games

·Art Supplies

·Books

·Winter Coats/Snow Pants

·Mittens/Gloves

·Hats

·Undergarments

·Socks

·Blankets

Our earnest desire to connect those looking for an opportunity to give back with those in need and to make sure that no child in Gladwin County will go without a gift during the Christmas season. If you wish to make a monetary donation, you can send donations to:

Christmas Kindness: A Belated But Heartfelt Thank You
The busyness of the holiday season has passed, and Christmas Kindness would like to catch up on a few more much-deserved, though a bit belated, “kudos.” Let’s start with a sincere and special “Thank You” to the Gladwin County Record and Beaverton Clarion for publishing countless articles about Christmas Kindness throughout the year. Scott Salowich, editor, and the entire staff consistently go above and beyond to help us keep our county residents informed and engaged. We appreciate you all and are so grateful for your role in supporting Gladwin County’s Christmas Kindness!!!
Next; we would like to give a huge “SHOUT OUT” to Lori Nevil and United Way of Gladwin. Lori stopped by during Distribution Week, as she always does, with a huge donation of items we were still in desperate need of…800 pairs of socks, 800 Hats, and 600 pairs of gloves! United Way has faithfully supported Christmas Kindness year after year, and we are truly in their debt! Thanks to all who support United Way of Gladwin, which in turn supports so many of our county’s needed programs!!!
S&H Engraving is such an encouragement to Christmas Kindness! Whatever we need, whenever we need it, we always have their generous support! Whether it’s shirts for our volunteers, signage, or stickers with our QR Code, S&H Engraving is there! Thanks so much!!!
A heartfelt “Thank You” to the incredible volunteers who stepped in to do last minute shopping for more than 60 children. These children were lovingly “adopted” by generous individuals who couldn’t shop themselves but were able to provide the financial means to make Christmas special. Terri Foutch, Cindy Nash, Tina Lundquist, and Kathy Murphy took on quite the adventure…tracking down just the right gifts for some truly wonderful Christmas Kindness kiddos! Ladies, you were amazing!!!
Josh Decker is a tremendous support to Christmas Kindness! Not only can we depend on Josh to bring a dozen or more volunteers from The Springs camp on “Moving Day,” but we also are the recipients of a portion of his December online FaceBook business, “Decker Liquidation Sales.” Josh is always willing to help and willing to find help for whatever Christmas Kindness might need! Thanks Josh!!!
Brian Breault was another breath of fresh air this past season! Brian could consistently be found sorting and toting donations that were coming in fast and furious throughout November and December. Not gonna lie…it was wonderful having a fella around to lift those heavier totes and take them to the shipping container!!! Brian can work alongside anyone and make them feel comfortable, so he was truly a Godsend!!! Vicky Kolanowsky, Cindy Adams, and Amanda Trent made up our Christmas Kindness Inventory Team, and they had fun keeping Brian busy, busy, busy…LOL!!! Thanks girls for your hard work, and the hours and hours you spend sorting and toting donations…your worth is beyond measure!!!
Elmer’s Crane & Dozer sent their representative with their generous donation to the KC Hall on Friday before Distribution Day, and he probably wasn’t prepared for our excitement to see him! He got a big ‘ole hug and the warmest welcome ever…why? Because he usually visits our office sooner, and we wondered if they might have forgotten us…Ha-Ha! Needless to say, we were more than happy to see our Elmer’s Crane and Dozer guy! LOL!!!
We also enjoyed meeting a new friend, Amy Vining, who is the Executive Director of “A Kid Again.” This is a program that provides consistent, cost-free, year-round adventures for children with life-threatening conditions and their families. Amy was visiting Mac’s on Main restaurant when she noticed our Christmas Kindness Donation Can. She made contact and we set up a time to meet at the KC Hall the day before Distribution Day. Amy and her husband brought us a huge donation of toys and crafts, and we decided we could be best friends if we had the time…giggle! Seriously; thanks for bringing a lot of joy to our Christmas Kindness kiddos this year! We look forward to connecting again in the near future!
Christmas Kindness also wanted to express our gratitude for Leroy…Leroy is a fella who was driving by on Distribution Day, saw all the cars, and stopped in to see what was happening. We gave him the tour, he loved the experience, and he gave a gift toward “Clearance Shopping.” Thanks Leroy! Thanks also to Arthur Jensen, who also gave on Distribution Day to help with “Clearance Shopping!” We are grateful!!!
There were a few of our friends and neighbors who sent financial donations just before Distribution Day, and we wanted to make sure we acknowledged them. Long time friends, Rick and Pam Sochacki…“Mrs. Sochacki” was my “Writing Tools and Techniques” teacher 52 years ago…crazy right? Cheryl Pence and Ruth Ann Joslin…“Miss Joslin” was my basketball coach 52 years ago…again, so crazy! More recent friends include; Lawrence & Kathy Jo Barre, Kimberly Vonschmittou, David & Ann Unsworth, Kathleen Fogus, Ronald & Jennele Ault, Jeff & Lori Murphy, Gary & Sharon Underwood, Patricia Bernier, Charlene Tolvonen, Sandra
Westphal, Brenda Simpson, Patricia Munger, and Dennis and Pat Cantrell. Thank you all for your monetary contributions to Christmas Kindness!!!
Last, but certainly not least; here are the donations of warmth and joy that came in during Distribution Week: Ruth Hartner (20 hats); Maureen Thurlow (PJ’s, candles, throw, books); Country Crafters (Teen gifts); Shelter House (2 bags of toys); Michelle Lawrence (Crafts); Melodie Harshaw (Fishing Poles and tackle, cars, hair stuff); Jackie Daniels (Toys and more); The Feed Store (Toys, blankets, gloves); Mary Kay Stanton, representing the Beaverton Quilters (11 Quilts); Iciek Dairy Farm (Backpacks, snow pants, socks, etc.); and Renee Newman (Teen gifts). Christmas Kindness Kudos to you all…thanks so much!!!
We couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s generosity and support. It’s because of you, our kind-hearted communities, that Christmas Kindness continues to grow stronger each year! Feel free to keep your eyes and ears open for major CLEARANCE sales on coats, hats, gloves, warm socks, and blankets!!! Call Beulah at (989) 418-8603, if you find some “deals” you think we should know about over the next few months. Happy January and, as always…
Thanks for your kindness to Christmas Kindness!!!

Christmas Kindness Distribution Day 2025: Warmth, Joy, and Community
Christmas is always a busy season, but it is also one of the most delightful. There’s something about the excitement of the holidays that gives us the energy we need to accomplish meaningful moments for families who are struggling. This year, that combined excitement and generosity allowed Christmas Kindness supporters to sacrifice their time, energy, and resources to ensure 915 Gladwin County children from 348 families received both warmth and joy on Distribution Day. What a gift…both for the families who came through our doors and for those of us who had the privilege of serving them!
Distribution Day is a major undertaking, one that brings together nearly 100 volunteers (most of whom are listed in our “Christmas Kindness Kudos 2025 – 7” article). Each of these volunteers is deeply valued, because Christmas Kindness simply could not function without them! Every role, every smile, every moment of service contributes to the bigger picture of what Christmas Kindness accomplishes.
Distribution Day begins early for our Parking Lot Team, who spend hours outside in cold winter temperatures directing the arrival of our 348 families. Meanwhile, our Christmas Kindness Elf, Becky Kirkpatrick, warmly greets each family. Thanks to a small transmitter, Becky is able to speak directly to the cars through a radio station. She offers our welcome, instructions, and plenty of encouragement while families stay warm. And while families wait, Elf Becky does what she does best: she dances, she sings, and she brings smiles to people who sometimes don’t smile very often. Her joy is contagious!!!
Inside, Distribution Day always begins with a “Christmas Kindness family meeting.” It’s our chance to remind volunteers that kindness is doing what we can, where we are, with what we have…and that their presence, especially during such a busy season, is the very definition of kindness! This year; I read my article, “Gladwin County Is Ready For Christmas Kindness” (Dec. 18, Gladwin County Record), which ended with these words:
“As Distribution Day begins, it feels much like that moment when the conductor lowers his baton and the final note lingers in the air, a quiet reminder that something beautiful has been accomplished together. Every act of generosity, whether large or small, has blended into a powerful harmony of care, hope, and compassion for our children and families. Because each of you showed up, knew your part, and gave from the heart, Gladwin County once again proves that when we move in unity, the music of kindness is unmistakable and will be felt long after the season ends! As always; thanks so much for your kindness to Christmas Kindness!!! Joyfully; Beulah Mead.”
After this reading, we enjoyed a sweet and meaningful moment together. My husband, Dave, and I sang a song to celebrate our Adoption Coordinator, Karrie Mungin, on her marriage to a wonderful man and Christmas Kindness supporter, Matt Neal, and we also celebrated our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary! Yes…we even had a wedding cake! Why? Because our Christmas Kindness volunteers truly are like family! We work side by side, and we take time to celebrate the good things happening in each other's lives. It was a precious moment that set the tone for the day!
From there, we reminded our volunteers that Christmas Kindness is not only a program that provides warmth and joy…it is also a way for us to “keep a pulse on poverty.” The process of preparing for Distribution Day often reveals needs that go far deeper than gifts. This year, during Distribution Week, we discovered: A single mom who had been living in her car for over a year, simply trying to stay warm; a mother whose only Christmas wish was a ramp for her young son in a wheelchair; a family living in a camper with a dangerous heat source that could have ended in tragedy. All of these needs, as well as others, were being tended to before Distribution Day was finished! Christmas Kindness truly has become a vehicle into the lives of families who are struggling.
We also remind our volunteers that Christmas Kindness is not just for families in poverty. Middle-class families also struggle at times. A health crisis, a job loss, a move to a new area, the aftermath of a devastating fire…any of these can create a need that feels overwhelming. We ask our volunteers to listen with compassion to every family, to let them share their stories, and to pass along any concerns so we can help. Distribution Day is significant, but it is not all that we do! It is a doorway into deeper support and more lasting hope!!!
We reiterate every year that naming this program “Christmas Kindness” was intentional. Kindness is a choice. It doesn’t depend on how someone behaves or doesn’t behave. Many families come in feeling awkward or humbled. They may look ungrateful, when in truth they are overwhelmed with gratitude…they just don’t know how to express it in the midst of their awkwardness. The hard part of life is hard for all of us! Distribution Day is our opportunity to breathe warmth, joy, hope, and kindness into the lives of others…not because they necessarily deserve it…not because they’ve necessarily earned it…not because of anything they may or may not have said or done…but because being kind is the person we want to be!!!
After our meeting, once we’re all “singing from the same page,” we take our meaningful “family photo” and head off to our stations, ready to welcome everyone with a warm smile.
Much was accomplished on Distribution Day! The single mom now has a home. Thanks to Dick Simmons and a group of caring men, a little boy in a wheelchair is getting a ramp that will get him safely into his home. Christmas Kindness is working on a safer heating system for the family living in a camper. Many connections were made, and many lives have been made better since Distribution Day, December 20th, 2025…and we couldn’t be more grateful!!! The biggest “Thank You” to each and every individual, business, school, church, agency, civic group, friend, and neighbor who contributes to Gladwin County’s Christmas Kindness!!! We hope your Christmas was merry, and from all of us at Christmas Kindness, we wish you the happiest New Year ever!!!
May your kindness to Christmas Kindness continue far beyond the season…
Joyfully; Beulah Mead (Christmas Kindness Coordinator)

Christmas Kindness Kudos 2025 - 7
As Christmas Kindness wraps up another year of serving families throughout Gladwin County, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. This incredible outreach is possible only because volunteers, businesses, organizations, and everyday neighbors choose to step forward in love. What happens behind the scenes is nothing short of remarkable—dozens upon dozens of people giving their time, strength, creativity, and compassion to make Christmas morning brighter for children they may never meet. It truly takes a community to make Christmas Kindness happen, and this year’s outpouring of help deserves to be celebrated. So, with joy and appreciation, we proudly present our “Christmas Kindness Kudos 2025 - 7.”
Knights of Columbus Kudos: A huge SHOUT OUT to the Knights Of Columbus men and women who allow us to use “the perfect venue” for our Christmas Kindness Distribution Week! There is truly no other location in Gladwin County better suited for distributing Gladwin County’s “Christmas Kindness” than the Knights Of Columbus Hall. Their kindness includes three full days for “Distribution Day Set Up,” followed by another entire day for “Distribution Day” itself. We absolutely couldn’t do Christmas Kindness as effectively without their thoughtfulness and generosity! Christmas Kindness has learned time and time again that the Gladwin Knights Of Columbus go above and beyond to serve the needs of people in our area, and they deeply appreciate the community support they receive. By continuing to participate in their events and fundraisers, we help them carry on the many good things they are doing for all of us! A special thanks to Dan Sheehan, a Knight who was instrumental in the creation of “Christmas Kindness” and has worked closely with us through these many years! Once again; thank you, thank you, thank you to the Gladwin Knights Of Columbus for your kindness to Christmas Kindness!!!
Food For Distribution Day Kudos to: Little Caesars (17 pizzas); Hungry Howie’s (6 pizzas and breadsticks); Pizza Hut (6 large taco pizzas); Piper’s Pub (5 pizzas); Mario’s Mexican Restaurant (50 tacos); Subway (cookie tray); Family Fare (All drinks for Distribution Week…30- two-liter pops and 4 cases of water); Save A-Lot (all paper products and whitewear for Distribution Week).
We depend on your businesses to “feed and water” our nearly 100 volunteers on Distribution Day, and you do it DELICIOUSLY!!! Thank you all so much!!!
Moving Team Kudos to: Jerram Dee and Vance Ornelas (representing Flynn Lumber); Dennis Alward and crew (Tom Hadley, Jason Hospodar, Justin Leslie); Mandy Loar and co-worker, Cheryl Stine (representing Horizon Bank in Midland); The Springs Camp staff (Josh Decker, Kevin Walker, Andrew Herlein, Kim Church, Xander Beecher, Steve Damron, Noah Devine, Morgan Devine, Gaven Romatz, Ethan Romatz, and Micah Wieland). Skeels Christian School Students (5th through 12th grade) and staff (Staff: Taylor Gagne, Morgan Kellogg, Chad and Robin Woodcraft and Jessica Ehle) (Students: Gunnar Lake, Wesley Ehle, Jace Tresler, Maddox Ireland, Madden Visser, Nate Barnes, Jack Ehle, Khaleesi Sheridan, Nora Brown, Maci Gruno, Jace Strauch, Brooklynn Woodcraft, Brielle Woodcraft, Jasmine Muma, Braxton Woodcraft, Braiden Woodcraft, Megan Sian, Kaitlin Fuller, Janessa Tresler, Noah Scott, Joel Barnes, R. Lee Barnes, Abby Barnes, and Kynley Carr); Andrew Mikulcik, Lucas Mead, and Conner Ritchie.
Thanks to all of you, we loaded and unloaded every donation in just over an hour…that’s team work extraordinaire!!! Many hands make light work, and we are sooo grateful for each and every one of your hands…LOL!!! Special Thanks to: Flynn Lumber, Aaron Ritchie, Dennis Alward, Travis Povey, The Springs Camp, Dave Mead, and others for the use of their trucks and trailers. This move wouldn’t happen without your kindness to Christmas Kindness! Kudos for getting our many blessings from one place to another! You truly are THE BEST!!!
Distribution Week Set Up Team Kudos to: Brenda Povey, Marlene Copeland, Karrie Mungin, Matt Neal, Becky and Lexi and Cavan Kirkpatrick, Deidre Kennedy, Kathy MacDonald, John and Laurie Tracy, Vic and Correna Shugate, Rhonda Wheeler, Jackie and Rick Gawne, Sue & Scott Friesen, Lisa Schneider, Gretchen Neely, Gale Bautell, Cindy Adams, Betty Myers, Tina Rink, Brian Breault, Linda Cassiday, Anne Holnagel, Mary Hill, Amanda and Parker and Austin Trent, Annette Ritchie and sister Kathy, Brenda Dion, Molly Morgan, Lisa and Cameron Lawrason, Bree and Myla Visser, and Sara Starke.
The way you take every donation, know there’s a place for everything, and put everything in its place is remarkable! And to get it all set up and organized in less than two and a half days? Absolutely astonishing! Thank you all for your long hours, hard work, and faithful support of Christmas Kindness!!!
Adoption Team Kudos to: Karrie Mungin and husband, Matt Neal, Leiyah Mungin, Lisa Schneider, Cheyenne and Hadley Wehrwein, John and Lorrie Tracey, Deidra Kennedy, Gale Bautell, Bobbie Jo Tate, Marlene Copeland, Laurie Howie, Lisa Lawrason, Trista Harrell, Alicia Harrell, Elizabeth Harrell, Tawnee VanHorn (representing Michigan Works), Gladwin girls Varsity Basketball Team, Serena Potocki and family, Brittany Sheehan, Lori Molesworth, Felicia Barone (representing Beard and Mustache), Rebecca Wi******er, and Reagan Loar.
Karrie is constantly singing the praises of her adoption team…and for good reason! You guys and gals are absolutely amazing!!! Your efforts ensure a generous Christmas morning for every Christmas Kindness child, and we thank you for the smiles you help create!
Parking Lot Team Kudos to: Daniel and Frankie Esparsen, Joe and Jason (representing Mad Vikings), and Christmas Kindness Elf, Becky, of course!!!
Not many people would show up early in the morning, in freezing temperatures, to direct families to their parking spots as they wait for their children’s Christmas Kindness. The way you “love on” these families is a little more sacrificial than what some of us experience inside the warm building…thanks for warming their hearts while freezing your buns! You are truly appreciated!!!
Carry Out Team Kudos to: Dick Simmons and friends, Andrew Gary, Dennis Alward, Justin Trent, Kable Thurlow, Tony Howie, Mark Reynolds, Vance Ornelius, Ken Thomas, Les Bennett, Mike Vos, and Craig Mills.
Much like the Parking Lot Team, you are asked to go out into the winter cold…but in addition, you lift heavy bag after heavy bag all day long! That’s a lot. You and your muscles are deeply appreciated! Thank you for making these families feel cared for.
Distribution Day Team Kudos to: Dan Sheehan, Dave Mead, Jessica, Alanis, and Vada Povey, Hilda Diffin (Kitchen Gal), Becky, Lexi, and Cavan Kirkpatrick, Daniel and Francis Esparsen, Joe and Jason (of the Mad Vikings), Marlene Copeland, Brenda Povey, Luann Dennis, Laurie Howie, Sue Friesen, Terri Foutch, Bobbie Jo Tate, Kable and Janelle and Khloe Thurlow, Betty Myers, Joann Zporski, Tina Lundquist, Melissa Tolbert, Amy and Madi vonMatt, Janet Yuergens, Lisa Schneider, Carolyn McNamara, Jackie Earl, Jamie Reynolds, Nancy Mielke, Cindy Adams, Mandy Loar, Tina Rink, Gail Wiste, Leah Mead, Mariah Pickard, Brian Breault, Lisa & Chloe Lawrason, Gene' Folts, Kelly and Molly Morgan, Jeff and Julie Walker, Jerram and Kristen Dee and Brayden, Karah, and Avery Dee, Vic and Corrina Shugate, Alanis Povey, AmyJo, Brooklynn, and Jordyn Bazzle, Karrie Mungin and her adoption team, Dick Simmons and his carry-out crew, Tony Howey, Mad Vikings, Mark Reynolds, and Andrew Gary.
Every year there are volunteers who forget to put their names on our “Volunteer sign in” sheet, or simply choose not to. We want to honor those who wish to remain anonymous, but would never want to miss acknowledging anyone! You are all so valuable to us, and we are grateful for every bit of time and energy you give us! Thank you!!!
Distribution Day is the culmination of an entire year of people loving on people…caring for people they don’t even know. It’s beautiful. Many of you have been volunteering for years, and you truly do feel like family. Each year, Christmas Kindness serves as a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with one shared purpose: to love others well. Every volunteer, every business, every donor, and every team mentioned above played a crucial part in creating a Christmas morning filled with hope and joy for hundreds of children. To all of you who gave your time, energy, talents, and resources—please know that your kindness matters more than you may ever realize.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making Christmas Kindness 2025 another year of blessings, laughter, and love for 915 children and their families! Simply put….
As always; thanks for your kindness to Christmas Kindness!!!

Christmas Kindness Kudos 2025 - 6
By the time you read this “Kudos” article; Christmas Kindness will have moved everything from our office and our shipping container to the Knights Of Columbus Hall in preparation for Distribution Week! This is Christmas Kindness’ 15th year as a county based charity. For 30+ years before that; Dan Sheehan and family coordinated the DHS’ “Holiday Project,” with the help of Fran Seebeck’s family and a lot of similar community involvement! Gladwin County has always had a heart for its people, and it is a privilege to live and work among such a kind and caring community!
This week we want to give a “Shout Out” to Christine Marie Pasko, our traveling CRNA, who financially donated enough to “adopt” 47 Christmas Kindness Kiddos on her own!!! Thanks so much Christine for taking a huge load off of our burden to get the final number of children “Adopted” before Distribution Day!!! Your involvement the last few years has been above and beyond…we appreciate you so much! Dave DeLisle was another breath of fresh air in our efforts to get the last of our kiddos “adopted.” Dave genuinely cares for the youth of Gladwin County and finds many opportunities to invest in their lives! Thank you for your generous gift, and thanks again for providing Christmas Kindness with our very own shipping container!!! It has made all the difference in maintaining a clutter-free work space for our volunteers to sort and tote all donations!!! Grace Christian Church was kind enough to have another “Adoption Sunday,” which took their total to 67 kiddos…Thank You!!! Cheyenne and Hadley Wehrwein, volunteers during Distribution Week, work together as a “mother/daughter team” to help Christmas Kindness. Hadley is our little gal who is always finding creative ways to support Christmas Kindness! This year she colored pictures and accepted donations and received enough money to “adopt” 4 children!!! Others who “adopted” kids last week were: James Hackworth (5); Lonnie Bishop representing “Gladwin Tops” (4); Sharron Fritz (3); Gwen Kern (2); Jennifer Johnson (2); Deidre Frances (2); Tara Rhodes (2); Mike & Vicky Kolanowski (1); Adrienne Schlitzkus (1); Chelsey Siegert Vaughn (1); Kristan Dodson (1); Kathy McDonald (1); and Rick and Tiffany Greenman (1).
Brynlee Anderson is a creative 11 year old who found some clear ornaments in the attic and wanted to do something to help Christmas Kindness! Brynlee and her mom, Janelle Redman, decorated these ornaments and sold them, making an $800 profit!!! They then purchased items to create 31 gift baskets for Christmas Kindness kids! Way to go, Brynlee!!! (You too, mom!!!) Michael Rossman wanted to make sure we received his donation. Michael gave 20- $25 gift cards to help with our teens this year… thanks Michael. Betty Myers (known among her fellow Christmas Kindness volunteers as “Best Christmas Cookie Maker Ever” brought in 6 new coats. Betty has been a faithful, hard working volunteer for years, and we appreciate her so much!!! Lilly Edick, another of our young supporters (and my niece…giggle) crocheted a beautiful scarf for one of our Christmas Kindness girls. Thank you, Lilly!!! Others who visited our office with donations include: Jerry & Wanda Oard (un**es, socks, art supplies); Randy & Sue Walker (clothes); Savannah Davis (clothing); Melissa Castillo (robotic puppies, along with her generous financial donation); Renee Benser-Swanstra (gifts for teens, coats, shirts, snowpants); Diana Sharp (socks, gloves, scarf); and Friends Of The Library (lots of children’s books).
Peggy Miceli hunts us down every year to give her and Andy’s gift. It’s always good to catch up! Dennis Alward tried to hunt us down but instead, sent the cutest messenger with his generous contribution. Horizon Bank in Midland sent that same messenger with their ongoing support for Christmas Kindness…thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Gladwin City County Transit always “passes the hat” (so to speak) and brought in a more than generous donation this year!!! Thanks to all of you for your annual support! Melissa Castillo is such a cheerful giver!!! We look forward to her enthusiastic support every year!!! Ben and Leah Mead support Christmas Kindness in more ways than one. They give financially, but Leah also makes a lot of the jewelry needed for teen girls and as “Thank you” gifts for our core volunteers! Go Leah!!! Others who contributed financially to Christmas Kindness last week included: The Price family; Lori and Jeff Wagoner; Randy & Sue Walker; Alice Faulds; George and Polly Alward; Amy Joyce; Kathy McIntosh; Dorothy Fish; Stephanie Kokotovich; Laura Allen; Michael Bailey; and Dan Jacobs! We appreciate every one of you!!!
For those who still want to bring in donations or contribute financially, come and find us at the Knights Of Columbus Hall Wednesday through Friday from 10:AM until 5:PM, or make checks payable and send to: Christmas Kindness, PO Box 573, Gladwin, MI 48624.
Looking forward to Saturday’s Distribution Day, made possible by your kindness to Christmas Kindness!!!
