Gladstone/Oak Lodge Rotary brings together leaders from a variety of professions in the service of our community. Major projects of the group include the Gladstone Community Festival, the Pancake Breakfast, Adopt-a-Family Holiday Giving, and Gladstone's annual Spring Cleaning Event. Funds raised support education, peace and building a strong and supportive community. Recently we have funded schola
rships for students at Gladstone High School, Rex Putnam High School, and Clackamas Community College. We have also supported Story Hour and classroom technology at the Gladstone Center for Children & Families. Each fall, we donate dictionaries to all Gladstone third graders. Our grant to Kraxberger Middle School helped support a day-long anti-bullying event called Challenge Day. We are also partnering with art students from Kraxberger Middle School to create Pillars of Peace at 7 locations across Gladstone.
