Thank you to the American Legion Riders Post 71 in Gladstone. They held some bike/car shows this summer to raise funds for three different groups and we were one group selected. We appreciate the continued support of our Mission.

Delta Fence of Escanaba is a great supporter of the Upper Peninsula Honor Flight. They paid for the veterans motel rooms for both flights in 2026. We so appreciate your support of our program.

I was at the motel Thursday morning to talk to the veterans who spent a second night here in Escanaba after Mission 29. I am blessed to see how the healing has begun in so many of the 70 veterans that were with us on Wednesday. With tears in their eyes, they hugged me and said thank you and that is why we have to continue doing these missions. The healing is going to be a long term program for them, but it has begun. Thank you to the people of the Upper Peninsula who support us and let the healing begin for so many future veterans. Take a listen to this song below and it explains what we do.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Make plans to come out and have fun. 2026 Old US2 & 41, Bark River. Plan your route since the rail crossing at the South end of M69 is under construction.

Please try to attend this amazing fundraiser. The community has gone above and beyond with generous donations. Peltier brothers will be playing also.

It was a busy week to get ready for our next flight, which is September 9. We had a packing party, a guardian training, we talked on the radio airwaves about it, and we got 40 wheelchairs, checked out and loaded to go into the belly of the aircraft. September 9 we takeoff from the Delta County Airport at 6:30 AM and we are scheduled to land back at the Delta County Airport on September 9 at 9 PM. Make sure it’s on your calendar to come out to the airport and welcome home the veterans.
