Morning Prayer
Good morning, Jesus, thank you for granting me another day to make a positive impact. As I start this new day, I'm reminded of your teachings to trust in your plan and not worry. Yet, I'm compelled to act on the concerns that weigh heavily on my heart, particularly the immigration policies that are causing distress among many compassionate people. You've shown us that everyone, regardless of their background or status, is our neighbor, deserving of love and respect. Give me the courage to stand up for what is right, to amplify the voices of those who are marginalized, and to advocate for policies that reflect your teachings of love, kindness, and inclusivity. Help me to be an instrument of healing and reconciliation in a world that desperately needs it. May your love and guidance inspire me to make a difference, and may I always remember that everyone is a beloved child of yours, worthy of dignity and respect.
