🎉 Big Update from Maddox's Beads to Play Baseball! ⚾️
Yesterday, Maddox made a $1,000 donation to Second Harvest Pantry, earmarked specifically for the GIS/Prospect Elementary food pantry.
We always strive to stay transparent, so here’s what your support has helped us do just in 2025:
✨ Paid baseball registration fees for 16 athletes — 11 from Girard and 5 from Liberty — totaling $1,370
✨ Donated a $50 bat to one of our athletes
✨ Contributed $250 toward Liam’s surgery (a student in Girard)
✨ Gave $1,000 to the school food pantry
💥 That’s $2,670 donated this year alone! 💥
And here’s what you've helped us accomplish since 2020:
⚾️ 147 athlete registrations paid for — totaling $11,165 to Girard Baseball Association and Liberty teams
🧢 $5,975 donated to DSG for player equipment
🥫 $5,376 donated to the GIS/Prospect food bank
That’s over $22,500 in total impact — all because of YOUR support. 🙏💙
What started as a little idea in 2020 — just a boy making beaded bracelets to help kids play baseball — has grown into something truly incredible. It’s not only made a huge difference in our community, but it’s also taught Maddox life lessons in empathy, hard work, generosity, and leadership — lessons we never imagined he’d experience at such a young age. 💛
Whether you’ve purchased a bracelet, shared our story, or supported us during our Valentine’s season (our biggest fundraiser of the year!), please know you’ve been part of something truly meaningful.
Thank you for helping us make a difference — one bracelet, one game, and one child at a time. ⚾️
