South County Tail Waggers South County Tail Waggers is a 501(c)(3) dog-rescue organization. Our mission: Saving Each Other - People Saving Dogs, and Dogs Saving People Right Back.

South County Tail Waggers is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization based in Gilroy, CA however serve all of South County. Their mission is simple: Saving Each Other. SCTW is going to build South County's first-ever, private, no-kill animal sanctuary with the vision and purpose of people saving dogs, and dogs saving people right back.

“Cedric is a 4yo, 82lb Siberian Husky who was brought to our facility on 3/22/26 after being found running stray in the east hills of San Jose, CA. He started off aloof and unengaged, but has come a long way in the last five days.

Cedric enjoys being brushed, trotting around and smelling the air, and choosing just the right moment to offer a bit of affection. Cedric is also easy on a leash, takes direction well, and is a mostly quiet companion.”

🎉🐾⛳️ Excitement is in the air!

Dog lovers and golf enthusiasts, get ready to be a part of another extraordinary event!

South County Tail Waggers is SO beyond excited to be hosting our 2nd Annual Fore the Love of Dogs Golf Tournament!

We have been working very hard to ensure a truly wonderful time will be had by all! We are especially excited that we will be able to use the proceeds raised to offer low cost spay & neuter clinics to help with the current overpopulation crisis.

Event timeline: Registration opens 7:00 am, 4-person Shotgun Scramble start 8:00 am, followed by a Post Tournament Awards Luncheon at 1:00 pm.

Registration includes:

⛳️ Grab n’ Go Breakfast Burrito & Indoor seated luncheon with a carving station

🐾 18 holes of golf with a cart, range balls for warm up

⛳️ Commemorative T-shirt

🐾 SCTW tote backpack with snacks & goodies

🍽️ Complimentary private attendee group dinner at Ladera Grill in Morgan Hill CA on Thursday May 14th (** for the first 28 people to register **)

UPDATE!! Two rescues have saved these pups!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

‼️ HELP!! Looking for experienced neonate fosters ASAP!

10 puppies under a week old, eyes still closed, around 1 lb each. They will need to be bottle fed (night feedings too) with assistance going potty.

We know this is a Hail Mary for sure! We can split them up between multiple fosters if needed.
