We didn’t get pics of the youth competing in all the contests at Texas 4-H Roundup but we are so proud of Jackson, Alexis, Madilyn, Olivia, Vivian and Avery for “making their best better” (4-H motto) and experiencing their first year competing! Between them all, Upshur County was found at the Food Show, Fashion Show, Livestock Skill-a-thon, Range and Pasture ID, Wool Judging, Consumer Decision Making, Range Evaluation, Educational Presentation-Beef, and workshops on public speaking and floral design. They learned a lot and made new friends and new memories! ‘Til next year…enjoy some pics!

Congratulations to a few of our 4-H Ambassadors today! Alexis, Vivian, and Olivia all presented their hard work over the last year to Upshur County Commissioner's Court. Keep an eye out on KLTV for the coverage and Alexis' interview!

Last week to sign up for the Outdoor Adventure Camp we are hosting next month! 🏹🎣🗺️

Almost all days are FREE except for the hunter safety course and painting (Thursday, June 18th). There are optional camp shirts, but you are not required to buy one.

We do require a designated parent/guardian to be present and with the group the whole day. Lunch and beverages will not be provided, please pack or plan your lunches for the day.
