Gilmanton Iron Works NH Labor Day Fair great music, good food, games, raffles and fireworks all are at the fair that ends the summer in Gilmanton Iron Works NH! First come first serve basis.

The Gilmanton Labor Day fair has been an end of summer tradition for over 40 years!! Each year something new has been added whether it was a big or small. This year and years forward we are creating a BIG change by putting the fair up to town organizations, non-profit groups, schools, and charities as a way for them to raise much needed money. The Labor Day Fair committee does ALL the prep work (f

ood, set up, purchasing prizes, game set up, etc), all your group needs to do is contact us, come up with at least 12 volunteers to run the games and clean up with us. You will have your own section to do any raffles/ further fundraising that night also. Your group will get a pre determined percentage of the nights profits and each volunteer will get a custom volunteer t-shirt. We hope to get a different group each year and that this fair benefits the community while being fun at the same time. For more information please email us [email protected]

Just a reminder that this years Labor Day Carnival will be Saturday September 1st 6-10, Crystal Lake Park.

It was a great time last night at the Fair. There was a sign up sheet for volunteers for next year along with new ideas. I hope those interested signed up.

Just wanted to drop a quick note. Sunday August 10th @ 3pm at the Ball Park, there will be a special meeting for the up coming Labor Day event. There is going to be a sign up sheet for assistance in volunteering and participating in games. I hope to see many there.

Just a reminder that the Town voted down the Labor Day fireworks show. We are trying to get donations and the proper permits to do this on our own. Any suggestions?
