We are so excited to invite you to an Emotional Awareness class hosted by Ride and Shine! We are thrilled to partner with Shannon Hurd from the Counseling Coalition here in Gillette and Nate Hopper from Sandpoint, ID, to bring you a truly unique experience focused on understanding and expressing our emotions.

This special class is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, understand our triggers, and gently support our mental health. Together, Shannon and Nate will be using the wonderful healing power of horses to help us explore these meaningful concepts.

Horses help to regulate the sensory symptoms and improve cognitive function along with many other goals. Consider donating to assist work to improve our program.
